Kenneth F. Koen has been a parishioner at Saint Thomas since 1987.  He was elected to the Vestry in 2002 and served as a Warden from 2005 through 2017.  Kenneth is currently a member of the Lector Guild as well as the Building, Investment, and Music Committees.

For the last thirty years, Kenneth has been a counsel at Paramount Global (formerly CBS Corporation) where he has advised on the tax structuring of mergers and acquisitions. He also serves on the board of the American Friends of Westminster Abbey and is a member of the Order of Saint John, the Church Club, the Saint George’s Society, and the Pilgrims of the United States.

Kenneth is from Lubbock, Texas (his high school English teacher, Nell Marie Wiley, also taught Buddy Holly and Gerre Hancock).  He has two B.A.s from Trinity University, a J.D. from Columbia Law School, and an LL.M. in taxation from New York University Law School.
