Everliving God, who didst strengthen thine apostle Thomas with firm and certain faith in thy Son's resurrection: Grant us so perfectly and without doubt to believe in Jesus Christ, our Lord and our God, that our faith may never be found wanting in thy sight; through him who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. At noon on Mondays through Saturdays we offer audio webcasts of Shrine Prayers at Our Lady of Fifth Avenue prior to a celebration of the Holy Eucharist in the Chantry Chapel. We invite you to join us in worship by making an act of spiritual communion, sending us a prayer request, or by purchasing a candle to be lit at the shrine.

My Jesus,
I believe that you are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love you above all things,
and I desire to receive you into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive you sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace you as if you were already there and unite myself wholly to you.
Never permit me to be separated from you.
