Christmas Eve
[caption id="attachment_308237" align="alignnone" width="1500"] The Nativity depicted in the South Stall Woodwork of Saint Thomas Church[/caption] Eternal God, who made this most holy night to shine with the brightness of thy one true light: bring us, who have known the revelation of that light on earth, to see the radiance of thy heavenly glory; through Jesus Christ thy Son our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.

Seating
The 4pm service, while often drawing large numbers, is not usually full to capacity. No tickets are required, and this service is an alternative for those who worry about the long lines to enter the church for the 11pm Chirstmas Eve service.
This service is ideal for those with young children, since they are invited to come and sit near the steps of the chancel, near the creche, midway through the service. You may see the details of the service by dowloading the leaflet posted to the bottom of this page.
If you want good seats, we suggest that you plan to arrive twenty to thirty minutes in advance.
