O God, who before the passion of thy only-begotten Son didst reveal his glory upon the holy mount: Grant unto us that we, beholding by faith the light of his countenance, may be strengthened to bear our cross, and be changed into his likeness from glory to glory; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. At noon on Mondays through Saturdays we offer Shrine Prayers at Our Lady of Fifth Avenue, sent to us via our website, prior to a celebration of the Holy Eucharist in the Chantry Chapel. These services are audio live-streamed and then available on-demand. We invite you to send us your requests and join us in worship either in-person or online.

My Jesus,
I believe that you are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love you above all things,
and I desire to receive you into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive you sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace you as if you were already there and unite myself wholly to you.
Never permit me to be separated from you.
