O Lord we offer unto thee all praise and thanks for the glory of Thy grace that shined forth in Thine anointed servant Charles; and we beseech Thee to give us all grace that by a careful studious imitation of this Thy blessed Saint and Martyr, that we may be made worthy to receive benefit by his prayers, which he, in communion with the Church Catholic, offers up unto Thee for that part of it here Militant, through thy Son, our Blessed Saviour Jesus Christ. Amen.

This annual retreat for those in their 30s-40s takes place at Holy Cross Monastery in West Park, New York. It begins at approximately 5pm on Friday, January 30 (you can arrive later if needed), and ends after lunch on Sunday, February 1. The cost is $190 per person, which includes room and meals, but does not include transportation to and from West Park.
The theme of this retreat is on prayer. Fr Spurlock will reflect on what prayer is, impediments to prayer, and how to overcome them.
